·         Treasurer report including current troop balance

·         Popcorn Blitz Day

·         “A Time to Tell” video proposed date

·         Completing Tenderfoot requirements

·         Health forms updates

·         Adult leader status (check that paperwork is up to date)

·         Adult leader training required for scout trips

·         Troop media and publicity initiative

·         Court of Honor [Potluck] – Oct 21 – Adult leaders, assign the multimedia presentation

·         October camping trip at Camp Sayre – Adult leader – Scott Barvick, Camp facilities reservation has been made. Additional details at http://www.ktc-bsa.org/scouto.htm. Scouts are training now. This will be a great trip!

·         Adult leader assignments for the remaining camping trips/April Adventure – Note – If you will not be at tomorrow’s meeting but would like to either lead or assist with any of the scheduled trips or Courts of Honor, please send me an e-mail letting me know.
