Drop off and pick up your scout using the East Gate off Fisher Rd.

Service and Camping at the July Indianapolis Ham Fest.

Work involves collecting money and giving directions at each of 3 entrances.

We are in need of a minimum of 6 youth volunteers and 3 adults for

• Friday, July 9th 12pm (noon) to 6 pm (scouts will then have dinner and free time the rest of the night)
• Saturday, July 10th 6 am to 1 pm (scouts should be ready for parent pick up at 2pm)

Camping is available for Friday night, or volunteers can just arrive at the required times.

Please bring:

1. Official Scout BSA Shirt (Class A Shirt) for flag ceremony Sat. morning
2. Class-B Scouting t-shirt (or scout friendly t-shirt)
3. Camp Chair
4. Sleep gear
5. Water bottle
6. Raingear (just in case)
