We will backpack from Spurgeon Hollow Trailhead to Delaney Park Trailhead, about 5 miles. We will stop for lunch on the trail and set up camp before the Delaney Creek Park.
Dinner will be pre-packed and prepared at Delaney Park... hot and ready on this cold backpacking trip.
Those backpacking will need to pack lunch and breakfast. A chilli dinner will be provided by the troop.
PACK WARM CLOTHES and WARM SLEEPING BAGS. It will be cold.

All supplies must be packed in (except dinner, which troop will take care of)
Each scout is required to pack their own lunch and breakfast (dinner provided by troop)
The trip will be about 5 miles in on Saturday, and .5 miles out Sunday morning
Several major elevation changes (lots of big hills)
We will have a chapel service on the trail Sunday morning
Cold Weather... be prepared and pack warm cloths and change of socks and other gear
